The waitlist and reviews features on this site are provided as-is. Clientbase (the app) is licensed to you for your own use once purchased — see the in-app license terms shown at activation for details on that license.

The App, including all software, graphics, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Refund requests are handled through Paddle, our payment processor, according to their refund policy. Contact us at the email below if you need help.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms, including the Restrictions above. If your license is terminated for cause, no refund will be issued for that period. You're free to stop using the App and delete it at any time.
The App and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or this website, including loss of data, revenue, or business — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Frankfurt, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have your parent's or guardian's consent, to use this website or purchase Clientbase.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
Pricing, features and these terms may change before and after launch. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
